Lowongan Kerja PT Mineral Alam Abadi


Head Office (Jakarta Barat)

1. GA SUPERVISOR

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in civil, Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as GA Supervisor.
  • Willing to travel for business trips to Sulawesi, Maluku, and other project locations.
  • Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset with strong initiative.
  • Experience in Contruction, asset management, fleet management, and facilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

2. BARGE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics administration or shipping documentation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in handling shipping and financial documents.
  • Good communication skills and able to work across departments.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

3. TAX OFFICER

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university.
  • Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Experienced in Tax Consulting Firm would be an advantage.
  • Must have a Brevet A & B certification.
  • Fully understand the concept of taxation (Corporate income tax, VAT, VAT Self Assessed & KUP).
  • Expert in operating tax applications (e-invoicing, eButPot, unification SPT, etc).
  • Familiar with calculating corporate income tax and filling out a corporate annual tax return and its attachments.

4. RECEIVING OFFICER

Qualification:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any relevant major.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience as Warehouse Staff.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to coordinate well with others.
  • Able to do inventory control and stock checking.
  • Understand the basic processes of export and import.
  • Knowledge of domestic air shipping procedures.

5. DRIVER

Qualification:

  • Minimum education: High school (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
  • Good physical condition.
  • Physically and mentally healthy.
  • Have a valid SIM A (driver’s license).
  • Experienced in driving Alphard and Fortuner vehicles.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a personal driver for a director.
  • Familiar with Jakarta area and main routes.

6. ER & PERMIT ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN

Qualification:

  • Minimum end year university student or fresh graduate in Secretarial (D3/D4/S1).
  • Familiar with Ms. Office.
  • Eager to learn, flexible, adaptive, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Capable of supporting staff and interacting effectively with diverse individuals on a daily basis.

7. TAX INTERN

Qualification:

  • Minimum D3 majoring in Accounting/Tax from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • Open to fresh graduates.
  • Can learn quickly, has a strong will, is agile and thorough.
  • Skilled in data recapitulation.
  • Able to prepare and manage correspondence-related data efficiently.

1. HR SENIOR FOREMAN

Qualification:

  • A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HR Foreman.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with familiarity with Talenta HR software.
  • Strong understanding of industrial relations processes, with experience in effectively resolving labor-related issues.
  • Detail-oriented, honest, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

2. SHIPPING FOREMAN

Qualification:

  • Minimum education: ANT IV in Nautical Studies or Diploma (D3) in Shipping Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations
  • (documentation management & communication tools).
  • Basic English skills: able to read instructions and communicate when needed.
  • Understand Occupational Health and Safety (K3) principles and and their practical application.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including at least one booster dose.
  • Basic Safety Training (BST) certification is preferred.
  • Able to drive a car and hold a valid SIM A driver’s license for mobility in work tasks.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

3. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOREMAN

Qualification:

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication/Sociology/Social Development and Welfare/Community Empowerment or other relevant fields.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in CSR/Community Development/ Public Relations.
  • Have knowledge of ESG, ISO 26000, and Social Return on Investment (SROI).
  • Able to design and implement end-to-end CSR programs (planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation).
  • Possess skills in social mapping, community development, CSR, and conflict resolution.
  • Willing to be placed at the site office.

1. EXTERNAL RELATION FOREMAN

Qualification:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Law, Communication, Public Relations, or other related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the mining industry, especially in External Relations.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good understanding of local culture and bureaucracy.
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Mining Law, Licensing, and other relevant regulations.
  • Willing to travel and work in different locations as needed.

2. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOREMAN

Qualification:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mining or project sites.
  • Must have a valid STR (Registration Certificate) and SIP (Practice License).
  • Has certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), and Hiperkes.
  • Experienced in handling emergency childbirth situations.
  • Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

Qualification:

  • Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree (S1) (or equivalent) in any field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR.

  • Skilled in HR Planning, recruitment & selection processes, compensation systems (including payroll), and conflict management.
  • Knowledge of HR administrative tasks.
