Site PBA (Konawe Selatan)

1. KEPALA ΤΕΚΝΙΚ TAMBANG

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering/Geology/or related field (Master’s degree is and advantage).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3-5 years in managerial role.
• Strong understanding of mining design, operational, safety and HSE.
• Possess certifications in Mining Operational Supervisor (POU), HSE, Cost Analysis, and Project Development.
• Familiar with the work process before and after the mine production and operation.
• Ensure compliance with mining laws, safety regulations (e.g., K3 standards), and environmental policies in Indonesia.
• Willing to work at site with 8:2 roster.

All Sites (mobile)

1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT (PARAMEDIC)

Qualification:

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mining or project sites.
• Must have a valid STR (Registration Certificate) and SIP (Practice License).
• Has certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support), and Hiperkes.
• Experienced in handling emergency childbirth situations.
• Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

2. MECHANIC FOREMAN

Qualification:

• Minimum a Vocational High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Automotive, or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Technician in a Nickel Laboratory.
• Understand the technician’s tasks in the laboratory section.

Site BCPM (Sulawesi Tengah)

1. SURVEY FOREMAN

Qualification:

• A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geodesy or Geomatics Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Have a POP or related certification is preffered.
• Proficient in operating survey equipment, including Total Station, GNSS Geodetic, and Drone Mapping.
• Experience using surveying software such as Surpac, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, and Agisoft.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, measurement techniques, and mine design processes.
• Able to analyze survey data accurately and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

2. PRODUCTION FOREMAN

Qualification:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
• POP certification is preferred.
• Holds a valid SIM A or SIM BII driver’s license.
• Knowledgeable about heavy equipment components.
• Has knowledge of mining software (mineral commodities knowledge is preferred).
• Willing to work at site with 10:2 roster.

Head Office (Jakarta Barat)

1. LEGAL OFFICER

Qualification:

• Min. Bachelors Degree (S1) in Law with min. GPA 3.0.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as legal corporate in mining industry, or 2 years of experience as legal corporate in other industry.
• Willing to work overtime and do the business trip.
• Have an IELTS/TOEFL English language certificate. Preferably holds a Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKΡΑ).
• Able to speak and write in Mandarin is a plus.
• Advance in Microsoft Office.
• Good understanding of relevant laws and regulation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.

2. TAX OFFICER

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from reputable university.
• Min 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Experienced in Tax Consulting Firm would be an advantage.
• Must have a Brevet A & B certification.
• Fully understand the concept of taxation (Corporate income tax, VAT, VAT Self Assessed & KUP).
• Expert in operating tax applications (e-invoicing, eButPot, unification SPT, etc).
• Familiar with calculating corporate income tax and filling out a corporate annual tax return and its attachments.

3. TAX INTERN

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma (D4) or Bachelors Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting/Tax from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Can learn quickly, has a strong will, is agile and thorough.
• Skilled in data recapitulation.
• Able to prepare and manage correspondence-related data efficiently.
