1. Mine Development Senior Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Mining, Civil Engineering, or Geology
• Minimum 5 years experience in Mine Development/Production
• Holds POP Certification (mandatory)
• Strong expertise in earthwork, drainage/dewatering, crushing plant, quarry & infrastructure development
• Strong analytical skills in opex, capex, productivity & cost efficiency
• Strong knowledge of PA, UA, heavy equipment performance optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & mining software (preferred)
• Strong leadership & cross-department coordination skills

2. Mine Development Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum SMA/SMK (preferred D3/S1 Mining/Civil/Geology)
• Minimum 2-3 years experience as supervisor in Mine Development / Production (5 years for SMA/SMK)
• Holds POP Certification (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, road construction, drainage/dewatering, quarry, stockpile management
• Good understanding of PA, UA, OE heavy equipment performance
• Strong leadership, coordination, and contractor supervision skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Committed to K3, environmental & good mining practice compliance

Key Roles:

• Supervise daily mine development operations (road, drainage, land clearing, quarry, stockpile)
• Ensure operations meet production targets, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with Survey, GC/QA, Forestry, Geotech, and contractors

• Conduct field inspections and enforce K3 & environmental compliance

Requirements:

• Good understanding of mine development sequence, road maintenance, drainage, stockpile & quarry operations
• Strong field supervision and team coordination skills

• Holds Hygiene & Food Safety Certification (mandatory)
• Experience in managing catering vendors, cleaning services, and facility maintenance
• Strong leadership, supervision, and vendor coordination skills
• Preferably holds POP Certification

Key Roles:

• Supervise daily meals and camp facility operations to ensure service quality and continuity

5. Mechanic

Requirements:

• SMA/SMK/D3 Teknik (Otomotif/Mesin/Listrik atau relevan)
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Mechanic Heavy/Support Equipment
• Wajib memiliki BMC (Basic Mechanic Course)
• Menguasai engine, hydraulic system, powertrain & brake system
• Mampu melakukan troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
• Familiar dengan special tools & measuring tools
• Safety awareness tinggi & mampu bekerja dalam tim
• Committed to K3 & environmental compliance

Key Roles:

• Melaksanakan PM, repair & troubleshooting heavy/support equipment
